All of our WOD Classs are 1 hour long, and below you will see the class start times. All non-members are asked to arrive 10-15mins prior to the start of the class in order to sign a waiver and meet your coach.
New to CrossFit Non-Members and Visitors: In order to maintain a high-quality experience for our members we DO NOT allow unannounced drop-ins for the free introductory sessions, therefore you MUST schedule your free introductory workout in advance.
Experienced CrossFit Athletes & Olympic Lifters: If you’re visiting us from a different location, we look to keep it simple for you:
Visiting for 1-2 Days – FREE
Visiting for 3-5 Days – Bring in a gift card of your choice for the awesome trainers! You pick the amount.
Visiting for 6+ Days – Email Us and we’ll get you set!
