We start all new athletes off with a free one hour introduction.
During this time we will show you around the gym, introduce you to our training program and have you do a light workout to assess your movement and fitness level. However, the most important part of the intro is used to discuss your goals, aspirations and possible limitations.
The intro is where you will get a chance to see if CrossFit HD is right for you and that we can meet all your fitness needs. There is no pressure to join. We want you to have all of the information and be confident that becoming part of the HD family is right for you.
Once you have made your choice that CrossFit HD is the right place for you, a 1-on-1 Foundations class will be scheduled. This one time course spread over multiple sessions will focus on establishing the proper form and technique on CrossFit’s basic movements as well as going over Gymnastics – Bodyweight movements – Kettlebells – Running – Rowing – Jump Rope and more.
Tenured athletes that can demonstrate movement proficiency as determined by Coach Sean Brown will be allowed to bypass the Foundations class. All others will incur a one-time fee of $150 for the course.
We provide discount programs for active Law Enforcement – Military – Fire Department, as well as Government Employees, and Students.
