These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unique results. Universally applicable to everyone — from the Division 1 sports prospect to the grandmother trying to live a healthier life, we build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. HD Bootcamp consists of a high intensity circuit-style class composed of 5-7 exercises designed to keep you moving for the entire 30 minute session. There are no barbells or heavy weights in these sessions creating a less intimidating experience, ideal for those who may be new to the gym.

HD Weightlifting, aka HD Barbell, is our Olympic lifting club comprised of weightlifters who are not interested in the high intensity of CrossFit but want to get strong and perfect their technique more of an open gym format.

Children play an important role in the CrossFit HD family. We believe that fitness and an active lifestyle is fundamental to developing a healthy, happy child. Kid’s FitCamp is an opportunity for kids to be exposed to physical activity outside of the team sports normally offered in schools giving them a more personalized experience of fitness in a loving and safe environment regardless of their physical ability.
